Two years ago I made this trip to Mallorca, in a rental car I decided to drive through the central plains in Mallorca, along the old Roman roads, surrounded by a breathtaking view decorated with almond and apricot trees. I drove out of the MA-3320 in the motorway net.
I started my trip in Petra, once a Roman settlement, and followed the signs to Santa Margalida. If you get here, turn left towards Muro, a town with a beautiful museum worth to visit, it gives you a lot of information on the area's history.
The road to follow it's named Carrer Major de Muro, it'll take you to Sa Pobla; you must visit the old church Sant Joan Baptista. Keep and eye on the wonderful landscape where you'll see great fields and windmills. A memorable trip to Mallorca.
