Agbar Tower in Barcelona

Besides the many architectonic wonders of the 20th century, Barcelona now has one of the 21st century. The Agbar Tower is a modern and world recognized skyscraper. I'm talking about the city's third tallest building, after the Arts Hotel and the Maphre Tower.

This one stands out for its cylindrical shape which reminds us a bit about the typical architecture of famous Gaudi, as well as for its night lights.

Hire a cheap Barcelona car hire and visit this impressive tower built in 2005 by Jean Nouvel. The tower is located on the Diagonal Avenue, next to the Glorias Square, but thanks to its height it can be appreciated from many different spots in the city, such as the Montjuic, Parc Guell, and Tibidavo.
