Coming to Ibiza and not trying some of the most famous dishes of Mediterranean foof is just forbidden. Delicious rice amongst other things are my recommendations when coming to the island.
Hire a car in Ibiza and drive to a great typical restaurant: Sa Soca (which could be translated as The log), locate near San Antonio, this is a very welcoming restaurant with outstanding customer service and reasonable prices.
