If I had to choose (or more like had the chance), I would go with Poland for my Euro 2012 destination. There are several reasons to choose both Poland and Ukraine, and of course it would be ideal to attend games in both countries. However, I'm sure for most fans traveling from abroad and renting a car hire for Euro 2012 the main factor for choosing a location will be the matches they want to see, and I want to see what Poland's team has to offer.
Playing against Russia, Greece, and the Czech Republic in Group A, Poland might not be poised to take the championship, but a number of recent improvements to the team and the home advantage have many holding high expectations. After their hard, sad run four years ago (three games, three losses), I would really love to see Poland stand tall for Euro 2012, and I'm not alone.
Since the addition of a new coach as well as new players from one of Europe's toughest leagues the majority of fans are saying Poland could at least advance to the quarterfinals. Reserve a cheap car rental in Warsaw, Poland now to enjoy your own transportation during the quarter finals. The winner of Group A (which could be Poland) will play on 21 June in Warsaw, and the runner up from Group A will play on 22 June in Gdansk.
