The city of Almeria in Spain is relatively small yet diverse by what it offers tourists. Situated by the sea its area includes the Parque Natural area of Cabo de Gata (a Natural Resort). It is a great place to visit that maintains a small town feel.

Check out the pedestrian street by the sea known as the Paseo Maritimo zone, where the most delicious tapas bars are located. This area also has the best views of the sea in the evening with a beautiful sunset.
You can reach the city by bus, train, or private car hire in Almeria Spain from any destination or major city. Ferries connect to Almeria from Mellia and several cities on the nearby African coast, making it easy to add to your African vacation as well!
