Visiting Toulouse

Toulouse is located to the south of France, not very far from Spain’s frontier, in a region called Midi-Pyrénées. I was in Toulouse 6 years ago; I can’t believe it’s been that long. I was actually staying in Agen, but took a tour to Toulouse in a rental car.

I remember it is a beautiful city. I visited the aircrafts factory, a huge place you should not miss, very impressive. I was able to see the Concord and many other mythic planes.

Apart from this site, you can also visit one of the eleven museums in the city, the cathedrals, and attend to one of the festivals they have all year round.

If you’re planning to visit Toulouse, have in mind it’s a modern, urban city, with a lot of history at the same time.
