Car Rental Reservation Troubleshooting

We have recently added an excellent online chat service to our network of sites, including 7seatercar.com, which helps our customers with the booking process or to answer any questions they may have before they proceed with their car hire reservation.  Since its not every day that you book a car hire some of the steps can be confusing and thats why we're here to help.

Getting Started

The first step in making your reservation is to find out which cars are available in your desired location, during your specific travel dates.  One thing that can sometimes trip customers up is the selection of locations.  If you enter a location or airport name into the box that says; "Type in your pick up location" and it doesn't return any results, the booking engine is likely set to another name for that location.  For example; if you do a search for "Madrid Barajas" the booking engine will suspiciously not have any vehicles available, However, the same search performed with "Madrid Airport" as the location will return a wide variety of available car rental makes and models.

Choosing a Car Rental

Once you have the right location and dates chosen and the booking engine retrieves your results you will have to choose a vehicle.  For some locations this is easy because there is not a wide variety available, however, for most popular locations you will have a long list to choose from.  To help you pick we've added little symbols to show the features each car has, such as its passenger capacity, doors, transmission type, etc.  There is a key to these symbols if you scroll down to the bottom of the page.

One symbol that may appear on your page but is not in the key is a little golden seal with a gift box.  This is a free gift we are offering along with your car rental and it will vary from car to car.  To find out what your free gift is you simply hover over the seal with your mouse.
