In the process of renting a car through Carhirex.com it is very easy to find and understand the terms and conditions you are agreeing to by proceeding with the car rental purchase.  The two most important things you are agreeing to can be found just before you click the big green button that says "Confirm Booking," and these are the Rental Conditions and Booking Engine Terms and Conditions.

Rental Conditions

When you click on the highlighted words "Rental Conditions" a box will pop up that says "Rate Details."  The first part of this box is a summary of everything that is included in your rental agreement (Collision Damage Waiver, Tax, Airport Fee, etc.).  Below that you will find a box with a scroll bar.  This box contains short descriptions of all of the car hire policies you are agreeing to.  These include:
